Do you have a love of history and an appreciation for Golden Gate Park? If so, we invite you to share your knowledge and pride for one of our city’s natural treasures by becoming a Golden Gate Park Guide today!

Training: Guides agree to complete SFPT's training program designed to familiarize participants with the history of the Park, its most famous features and personalities.

Benefits: Park Guides receive a jacket, name badge, Park History handbook and complimentary Membership to San Francisco Parks Trust.

Designing your tours: Guides are encouraged to include what they love about the Park in their tours - botanical curiosties, political histories and fascinating fauna are all a part of the Park.  Join the Park Guides and share your love of Golden Gate Park with others.
